Sr., holds a BS Degree in Industrial Engineering from Texas A & M University.  While active in engineering, he was licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Texas, and a National Certified Manufacturing Engineer.   After graduation, he accepted a commission as a 2nd Lieutenant in the Army Security Agency (ASA), a branch of the National Security Agency (NSA), which is a big brother to the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA).  Military training was in the field of cryptanalysis (the breaking of codes). He served as Company Commander with an Intelligence Unit on the Demilitarized Zone (DMZ) in the Chorwan valley of South Korea, from 1956 to 1957 (after the fighting had ceased).   After completing the manuscript to his first book, he formed his own publishing company, (RIE), and published Who’s Who of the Elite in 1995, the first of twelve books in progress. The second book, published in May of 2001, is The elite Serial Killers of Lincoln, JFK, RFK, & MLK, which has re-written history about these four assassinations.  He is a frequent speaker on the subject of the Elite all over the US. Canada, and Australia. Gaylon is not a member of ANY political or ethnic organization.
